Your records stay in this browser on this device (IndexedDB). HealthLog has no account and no server. Photos are read on the phone with a bundled copy of Tesseract and are not uploaded. Clearing Safari website data, using Private Browsing, or removing this site’s data deletes the records unless you exported a backup. Anyone else who opens this link starts with an empty tracker of their own.
On iPhone, open this page in Safari. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow), choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. Open HealthLog from the new icon so it runs full screen. Each phone keeps its own data.
Export a JSON file and save it to Files with the share sheet. Import can merge with this device or replace everything here.
Sample rows are fictional and labelled SAMPLE. They are not loaded until you ask.
HealthLog stores notes you type or scan and compares them with ranges for education. It does not diagnose disease, does not interpret your whole history, and does not recommend treatment or medicine changes. A result can be wrong because of a typo, a bad photo, or a range that does not apply to you. Dangerous-looking numbers are flagged so you can seek care, not so the app can assess an emergency. Decisions about your health belong with a qualified clinician.
